About Me
I’m Nina, a licensed clinical social worker, yoga instructor, and sound healing practitioner based in Chicago.
My work is centered around helping people feel more supported, grounded, and clear as they move through real life.
I blend clinical experience with mindful movement, sound, reflection, and nervous system awareness to create spaces that feel warm, practical, and real.
What I Offer
Transform Into Bliss blends psychotherapy, mindful movement, sound healing, and reflective wellness to support the whole person.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, stress, a life transition, relationship concerns, or simply trying to understand what comes next, the goal is to create space for greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
Sessions and experiences may include:
Psychotherapy for emotional wellness, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, self-trust, and personal growth
Mindful movement to strengthen body awareness, presence, and connection
Sound healing to encourage rest, relaxation, and nervous-system regulation
Intentional reflection to help you explore patterns, values, goals, and the life you want to create
My Approach
I believe meaningful change does not always begin with pushing harder.
Sometimes it begins with slowing down long enough to understand what you need.
My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, and whole-person centered. I bring together clinical knowledge, nervous-system awareness, mindfulness, movement, sound, and real-life reflection to meet you where you are.
There is space here for both healing and becoming — for the person navigating a difficult season and the person who is simply ready for something more.
The intention is not perfection. It is helping you feel more supported in yourself, more confident in your choices, and more connected to the way you want to live.
