Transform Into Bliss is a Chicago-based holistic wellness practice grounded in something I believe deeply:

We’re built with the ability to regulate, restore, and realign — physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we slow down, move with intention, and create space to listen, clarity naturally follows. Not because we’re fixing something, but because we’re giving ourselves what we actually need.
My work is about creating those moments — through movement, sound, and intentional connection — so people can feel more present, supported, and at ease in their everyday lives.
My Work & Background
My practice is shaped by real life and professional training.
I’m a yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, and licensed social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. This background allows me to hold space in a way that’s thoughtful, grounded, and supportive — blending movement, sound, and reflection with an understanding of how stress, emotions, and life experiences show up in the body and mind.
Based in Chicago, I work with individuals, groups, organizations, and community partners throughout Chicagoland, offering wellness experiences that are accessible, calming, and rooted in real-world needs.
Transform Into Bliss grew from a desire to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves without pressure — spaces that feel supportive, practical, and human.
